We offer two self catering properties in completely different surroundings.

Olde Banke House is a unique listed property boasting a prime position in Southwold, located at the desirable market end of the High Street. Sleeps six people. Outstanding quality accommodation is provided in this first floor and second floor apartment which had recently been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Approved by the English Tourist Board-4 Star Rating.

Quay Cottage is a comfortable self catering holiday accommodation in a rural location just outside Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Quay Lane Cottage is situated just off the main road, in grounds of more than 3 acres.

This charming period cottage was originally 2 cottages, built around 1860 and has been superbly and sympathetically refurbished to a very high standard. Wonderful walks can be taken straight from the cottage, which is surrounded by rural farmland.

Available for self catering accommodation throughout the year, including Christmas and New Year, or on a weekly basis. During the winter, short breaks (3 nights minimum) are also possible.

Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast have so much to offer the visitor. The town has excellent restaurants and Adnams pubs for you to enjoy.
